| 1. How do I submit a quotation
to Worldpack, what is the expected turnaround time, and what
information is required to create the quotation.
Requests for quotation can be submitted via FAX (714 630 3925), an e-mail (sales@worldpackinc.com),
or an e-mail with an MS Word attachment. You can expect a quotation
for a new product—valid for thirty (30) days—to be returned
within three (3) business days. The minimum information required to
create a quotation includes:
- Item Name
- Film Structure
- Lay
Flat and Cut-off Dimensions {for shrink sleeves}
- Web
and Cut-off Dimensions {for roll stock}

Length,Width and Gusset Dimensions {for pouches}
- Seal Type
- Quantity of Colors

Annual Forecast Quantity (number of impressions)

Minimum Order Quantity (number of impressions)

| 2. What are the typical
timeframes to confirm an order and process artwork for
approval?
New orders
are typically confirmed in writing within three (3) business days
from receipt of the customer’s purchase order, artwork and
specifications. Hard copy color proofs will be available for review
and approval within ten (10) business days. Proofs can be provided
earlier via FAX or Adobe PDF files sent over the Internet.

order delivery times?

weeks on the first order, 4-6 weeks on re-orders.

| 4. Can Worldpack temporarily
warehouse our orders?
Yes.
Worldpack has warehouse facilities adjacent to its offices, and
considers temporary storage as one of our service benefits. Our
price list for outsourced warehouse services can be provided as part
of a request for quotation.

| 5. Who pays for the cost of new
cylinder creation?
The client
typically pays for cylinder creation and are based upon volume
commitments. Generally, even with the much higher quality printing
capability, rotogravure setup costs can meet or beat flexible
graphics plate charges.

| 6. What are your standard
payment terms.
Typical
orders are F.O.B. Buena Park, California with advanced payment for
cylinder creation, down payment with order and balance thirty-days
from delivery.
However,
Worldpack offers extended payment terms of net thirty (30) days to
qualified customers based upon expected order quantities and credit
worthiness.

| 7. Is there a minimum order
size?
For one-time orders,
and depending on the item
specifications,
a minimum of
a number of impressions is typically
required. For recurring orders,
order quantity breaks will be determined
as part of the request for quotation process.

capable of printing?
We can
accommodate from one (1) to ten (10) colors.
